Columbia Basin Culture Tour

Fernie Arts Co-op

Paintings; Photography; Pottery; Jewellery

Located in a beautiful heritage building in downtown Fernie, the Fernie Arts Co-op is a volunteer organization that provides a venue for local and regional artists to display and sell their work. In operation for 14 years now, the store features a wide variety of media from over 50 artists including original paintings, textiles, jewellery and accessories, photography, pottery, soap, sculptures, home furnishings and fine art prints that portray the region and the lifestyle of the Kootenay Rockies.

During the Columbia Basin Culture Tour weekend, a number of artists will be on hand at the Co-op, working on their artwork outside the store (if weather permits, inside if not). Come meet and see artists in action working in various media. Refreshments will be available while you browse. Be sure to check out our website and follow us on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
