The Hidden Garden Gallery
celebrates its 10th anniversary
this year. The gallery was
established to support regional
artists, to foster creativity,
and to provide a welcoming space
for community gatherings. The
main season for art shows is
July and August, with some shows
in May, June and September. Join
us for our 10th anniversary
celebration Sunday July 18, 1–4;
after libations and birthday
cake at the gallery, we’ll walk
down main street to the
waterfront for the unveiling of
a sculpture by internationally
renowned sculptor Toru
Fujibayashi. During the Columbia
Basin Culture Tour, the Lardeau
Valley’s nature photographer
extraordinaire, Jim Lawrence,
will show his stunning wildlife
images. Jim spends hundreds of
hours each year in the wilds
pursuing candid images of
wildlife. His passion is to
share the wonder of wild beings
with others, and inspire people
to protect these remarkable
creatures. See
