Carol Reynolds took early retirement from teaching in 1999 to become an artist. She paints with oil on canvas. She loves the rich colours that oils produce and is working hard to try and capture the light and shadows in her subjects. She walks alot and she paints what she sees. She is always thinking about colour, light, shadow, lines, shapes, and negative spaces. Her studio is at her home. It is her favourite place. She also has a kiln and enjoys playing with clay.
