Touchstones Nelson is a unique combination of Art Gallery, Museum and Archives. Our exhibitions offer a diversity of topics and themes that reflect the broad interests and capabilities of people living in the region. From contemporary art and pop culture, to fine craft and design, to local architecture and human history, Touchstones Nelson exhibitions connect to this area’s creative energy and rich heritage.

Visitors to the permanent exhibit on the second floor will learn about the geographical challenges, enchanting beauty and human resourcefulness of Nelson and area. In our two galleries in August we will be presenting Kristi Malakoff and Angelika Werth, internationally renowned local artists. Touchstones Nelson is fully wheelchair accessible. The facility makes a great space for gatherings and functions; enquire about our rental fees and schedule.
